Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide quality healthcare services to patients and residents. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
