Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood for all shifts. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
