Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking passionate Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs), you will provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
