Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance
Genesis Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pine Lodge facility for the night shift. The role involves twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
