Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients/residents while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care given by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
