Job Description

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' conditions, collect data, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Compliance with CDC and CMS standards.
