Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
