As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, report condition changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
