Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health on a per-diem basis with all shifts available, including 12-hour shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
