Job Description

Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to deliver exceptional nursing care in patient-focused settings. As an LPN, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on moving health forward for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Practice at a competent level of nursing care and demonstrate professional behavior.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for patient care outcomes on your shift.

Education and/or Experience

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred; graduate from an approved nursing program acceptable.
  • Two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Licensed as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
