Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join Laurel Center's team on a full-time basis for evening and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor their condition, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
