Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Assess and monitor patients, report changes in condition, and contribute to care planning.
- Supervise unlicensed staff and administer medications per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
