Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending license by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
