Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Clayton Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care while positively impacting patient outcomes and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.
- Conduct patient evaluations and report conditions.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
