Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. The LPN will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver optimal patient care, maintain a high level of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with other staff members while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS training preferred.
