Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center, an 81-bed facility located in picturesque and historic Exeter, NH, just minutes away from Exeter Hospital. We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis, with the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. As an LPN under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing efficient and compassionate nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice).
