Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Elm Wood team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
