Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Wolfeboro Bay Center team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff
