New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a crucial role in acquiring off-market and on-market properties to enhance our inventory. If you have at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate, a high-performance mindset, and strong negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your real estate expertise to secure properties for our inventory.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify valuable investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals that are beneficial for both New Western and property sellers.
- Work independently as a 100% commission-based independent contractor.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Proven ability to close deals and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
