Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your experience and passion for real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties. You will work independently as an independent contractor, utilizing our resources, marketing leads, and proprietary software to excel in today's competitive market. If you have a high-performance mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional negotiation abilities, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire off-market and on-market properties to expand our inventory.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify profitable opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and build strong relationships with sellers.
- Collaborate with a team of sales agents to facilitate property sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential real estate or related field.
- Active Alabama real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a 100% commission basis as an independent contractor.
