New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate to join our dynamic team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a keen eye for potential in properties, understand terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, and possess a competitive spirit, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your real estate expertise and passion to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Work with our resources, including leads, established wholesale relationships, and proprietary software, to grow our property inventory.
- Analyze market trends, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively to drive successful transactions.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Demonstrated high-performance mindset and deal-making abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills and accountability for results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
