Job Description

New Western is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As a part of New Western, you will leverage your expertise and passion for real estate alongside our extensive resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties for our inventory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize market trends and data analysis to identify potential properties.
• Negotiate deals with sellers to acquire properties.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team for lead generation.
• Work independently as an independent contractor on a commission basis.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
