New Western is seeking a driven Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate, and are knowledgeable about ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, this opportunity is for you. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your real estate expertise and our resources to acquire both off-market and on-market properties.

Responsibilities

• Identify undervalued properties and potential investment opportunities.
• Utilize market trends and data analysis to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals with sellers and oversee the property acquisition process.
• Collaborate with New Western's sales team to maximize property sales.
