We are a dynamic brewpub with two locations, known for great food, excellent beer, and an amazing team atmosphere.

Summary of Position:

The Line Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products. This role involves preparing, portioning, and finalizing food products for service, including plating and garnishing dishes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using various kitchen equipment.
  • Maintains quality standards in food preparation, portion sizes, and cooking methods.
  • Ensures adequate stock levels at line stations for smooth service periods.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and kitchen equipment.
  • Assists in food prep during off-peak times.
  • Participates in kitchen closing procedures and attends employee meetings.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by kitchen management.
