The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled LNA (Restorative) to join our Long-Term Care Unit team. This position offers a competitive salary with additional weekend differentials. Job Summary

As an LNA (Restorative), you will assist patients/residents with exercises to improve limb function and mobility. You will work in compliance with federal, state, and facility standards to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Minimum 6 months of LNA work experience.
  • Restorative aid training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Unit Information

Otter Creek Long-Term Care unit provides care for cognitively intact residents unable to live independently. Team members have the opportunity to build close relationships with residents and provide exceptional care in a supportive environment.
