We are looking for a dedicated LPN to join Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a part of Stellar Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in monitoring patients, performing routine checks, assisting the clinical team, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent observational skills, empathy for patients, and professionalism in all circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure patients' medication compliance.
• Assist RNs and other medical staff.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Qualifications

• Completed LPN license program.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.
