As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will play a crucial role in providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in the development of discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
