Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) specializing in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in coordination with available resources.
- Contribute to developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Delaware LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
Positions available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
