Job Description
We are hiring compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will provide expert nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing customized care plans and ensuring patient well-being.
Role Overview
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop goal-oriented care plans consistent with patient needs.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Delaware LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
We have opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs. Flexible hours based on role.
Compensation
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
