Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED is required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
