Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community and play a crucial role in implementing patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
