LPN - The Alice Center
A sign-on bonus of up to $4,500 is available for LPN positions at The University of Vermont Health Network. Subject to applicable taxes, the bonus is paid in three installments: 1/3 in the first paycheck, 1/3 after six months, and 1/3 after one year. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous employment in an eligible position for two years. Current University of Vermont Health Network employees are excluded from eligibility for this bonus.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for performing healthcare tasks and responsibilities under the guidance of registered nurses or physicians. This includes case finding, health counseling, administering medications, and providing nursing treatment. The LPN supervises support staff and ensures adherence to the Plan of Care.
Requirements
- Current Practical Nurse license in New York State.
- One year of relevant experience.
- Computer skills are required.
