Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
