LPN - Tuition Assistance
We are currently looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. This is a full-time position with opportunities available for all shifts. As an LPN with us, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments under physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
