Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center on a per-diem basis for day, evening, and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for patients/residents.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
