Job Description
We are looking for dedicated LPNs to join our team at Laurel Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of an RN to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
