Genesis Health is looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their geriatric/long-term care team at Clayton Center. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in care planning, medication administration, and treatment implementation as directed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensure as an LPN by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferable experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Active BLS/CPR certification may be required based on the practice setting.
