We are currently seeking Per-Diem LPNs for various shifts at Applewood Center. As an LPN at our facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
