Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Wolfboro Bay Center on a per-diem basis for day, evening, and night shifts. As an LPN with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
