Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elm Wood on a per-diem basis. As an LPN with us, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
