Job Description

Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Wolfboro Bay Center. We provide flexible scheduling and new wages for day, evening, and night shifts. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
