Maintenance Mechanic at Keurig Dr Pepper

The Maintenance Mechanic at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment, with a focus on utilities maintenance. This position involves working on various systems including motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
  • Fabricate, repair, and install various types of piping and hangers.
  • Weld, machine, and replicate parts for equipment repair.
  • Troubleshoot and program minor changes in PLC systems and troubleshoot 3-phase motors and VFDs.

Requirements

  • 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting 3-phase circuits, motor starters, and electronic circuit boards.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.

  • Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $27.28 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Shift differential provided.
