Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join our team at Homewood Suites Manchester. As a Full-time Maintenance Tech II, you will play a crucial role in the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, and more.
- Maintain ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
- Repair plumbing, laundry equipment, exhaust fans, and other small equipment as needed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings.
- Complete other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensure in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) specific to the property.
