Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. This role also involves enhancing maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture improvements.
Sign-On Bonus: $7,000
Shift and Schedule: N1: Mon., Tues., Wed., Alternating Sat. 6p-6:15a
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K-cup manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and train others on best practices.
- Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and changeovers.
Requirements
- Manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics.
- Experience using e-mail, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists.
- Packaging experience preferred.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds regularly and frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, and stooping.
- Stand during entire shift of at least 12 hours. Work in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Total Rewards
Pay starts at $27.91 per hour with an increase to $29.36 after six months. Benefits eligible day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, PTO, 401(k) with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
