Job Description

Christopher Community, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the FNR team. CCI, a not-for-profit organization, assists low- and moderate-income families and seniors in securing suitable housing across Upstate New York. With over 50 years of service to communities, CCI currently manages 3,000+ housing units and offers a wide range of benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Ground Responsibilities including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and equipment maintenance.
• Building Maintenance such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency response.
• On-call rotation and working across multiple locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Technical/trade backgrounds preferred.
• Valid Class D driver's license.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Basic computer/technical skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in various environments.
