Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician II at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will play a crucial role in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex manufacturing and support equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a varied scope of tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations. Your responsibilities will include advanced troubleshooting on control systems, preventive maintenance, coordination with stakeholders and vendors, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, modifications, repairs, and overhauls on various types of equipment.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with other technicians, production personnel, and management.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Adhere to regulatory, company, and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for process and maintenance improvements.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Completion of Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical skills, including PLC troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading complex instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Experience with testing and diagnostic equipment, CMMS tools, and ERP systems.
  • Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and packaging experience are advantageous.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various positions, and stand for extended periods.
