Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in North Pinellas County, FL, as a Management position. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $14.50 to $17.50 per hour, with bonus eligibility and weekly pay. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating team tasks and assignments.
• Contribute to the development of team members by setting an example and providing mentorship.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and high operational standards.
• Daily encouragement of team members and active recruitment of new talent.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food preparation, time management, and store cleanliness.
• Promote the Domino's brand image and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and preparing products efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and make correct monetary change.
• Excellent motor coordination and computer skills for order processing.
