Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology/Incentive Compensation field to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This role is crucial for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support our Oncology Business Unit under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The responsibilities include field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics, performance measurement, field force data and technology solutions, and incentive compensation management. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to handle multiple deliverables and shifting priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support field strategies for the Oncology team, including field force effectiveness initiatives, customer targeting, segments, and affiliations.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools for evaluating field force productivity.
- Own sales force reporting and analysis, creating and managing performance-related reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access for project support and effective communication.
- Present and report on incentive compensation programs to senior sales leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS and Data Operations teams to enhance business analytics and operational consistency.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and incentive compensation software.
- 3+ years experience in sales operations or analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
