Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and support of digital systems primarily for Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) and other functions in R&D. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Clinical Development process, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities include facilitating system development and delivery, collaborating with various departments, identifying new technologies, and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the design and delivery of digital systems for GCDO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
  • Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions and analytics
  • Identify and implement system improvements and enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience with clinical trial technologies and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS, preferably in scientific/healthcare or technology field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
