Job Title: Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to demonstrate broad knowledge of the Clinical Development process and the technologies, systems, and applications that support this. The role involves designing, developing, producing, delivering, and supporting digital systems/technologies primarily for Global Clinical Development Operations and other functions in R&D. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, broad technical proficiency in clinical digital systems/analytics, and experience with clinical trial operations and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the design, development, and production of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
  • Collaborate with various functions in R&D for the implementation and management of digital systems/technology.
  • Deliver digital systems and Analytics/Reporting for GCDO, working alongside IS counterparts and other departments.
  • Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions and analytics/reporting for optimal trial performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to GCDO and assist in their implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong IT literacy and passion for new technology and digital systems.
  • Experience in clinical trials management activities and project management.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and programming capabilities.
  • Extensive pharmaceutical or related industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS in scientific/healthcare and/or technology field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical-related technology.
  • Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standard practices in clinical trials.
